Radish
Description
Radishes have a rich nutrient profile as they are high in calcium, potassium, folate, vitamin C, and are a good source of fiber. Radishes also contain active bio compounds like glucosinolates, isothiocyanate, and phenols.
Radish is best eaten sliced thin and raw in salads, sandwiches, or included on charcuterie boards.
