Beef Ribeye Steak
Description
Our bone in ribeye is our best cut of the beef!! Full of flavor, great marbling, a well portioned fat cap and tender, these steaks can rival some of those served at nice steak houses. We use this cut (along with a NY Strip Steak) for our internal grading process of our beef in both fat distribution/quality, tenderness, and flavor. Steaks are cut approximately 1" thick and are individually packaged/vacuum sealed. Currently available steaks range in weight from 0.9 lbs to 1.4 lbs making them an excellent single portion size.
This cut is sold by weight, please enter the total approximate weight desired; we will do our best to equal that weight(s). Your invoice will be adjusted to equal the package weights after the order is received.
