Ground Beef
Description
Our ground beef is an 85/15 mix using the fat off of our cows. This grass-finished fat, containing mostly Omega-3 fats, absorbs cleanly into the beef providing extra flavor and nutrients; unlike other grain-finished beef fat that you literally have to "drain" from the pan. Our ground beef is packaged in 1 lb "tubes" for easy storage and use.
