Description
While our briskets are a bit smaller than what you find in the supermarket (but our cows are smaller too) and only 2 briskets per cow, this cut of meat falls into our category of a Special Texas Treat when smoked and slow cooked for hours. We typically produce briskets ranging between 6 - 8 lbs; always low quantity in supply...so keep an eye out, once beef comes back from the processor, this cut can disappear from our inventory quickly!!
This cut is sold by weight, please enter the total approximate weight desired; we will do our best to equal that weight(s). Your invoice will be adjusted to equal the package weights after the order is received.
