Beef cheek meat is great for braising, putting in the slow-cooker for soups/stews, or smoked, this cut of meat is a hidden, tender delight not normally seen in the supermarket. Not much cheek meat per cow so there is always a low quantity in supply...keep an eye out, once beef comes back from the processor, this cut can disappear from our inventory quickly!! Vacuum packed packages approximately 1.6 lbs.
