Beef Short Ribs
Description
Our beef ribs are best cooked slowly in the crockpot or smoker, but can be cooked at low temperature in the oven. The meat will fall off the bones tender after this slow cooking. Vacuum sealed packages between 1.9 lbs and 4.0 lbs.
