Beef Soup Bones
Description
Our soup bones come from the beef shanks and have a fair amount of meat around the bone and the bone contains the marrow. This can be used to make a very rich beef soup or stew. Vacuum packaged in 1.0 lbs to 1.9 lbs packages.
This cut is sold by weight, please enter the total approximate weight desired; we will do our best to equal that weight(s). Your invoice will be adjusted to equal the package weights after the order is received.
