Description
Beef tail, often called “oxtail,” need to be cooked low and slow to breakdown the strong tissues, but the payoff is well worth it. Utilized in soups, stews, and braised or roasted dishes...the tail can provide a basis for some rich and highly flavorful dishes. Another one of our low quantity items, reserve yours soon! Roughly two pounds per tail.
