Description
We keep as much fat from our cows as possible after the dry aging process and ground beef; this is excellent for use in wild game processing, rendering for cooking with, or use in home goods products. Packages typically weigh between 4 and 5 pounds.
This cut is sold by weight, please enter the total approximate weight desired; we will do our best to equal that weight(s). Your invoice will be adjusted to equal the package weights after the order is received.
