Description
Our same choice quality beef, just in selected small boxes. We raise Aberdeen Angus which are known for their excellent ability to convert grass to marbled, highly flavorful meat: no hormones, antibiotics, or mRNA vaccinations. With a 2 week dry-aged hang time and individually vacuum packed cuts of meat, this box is perfect for any family without large amounts of freezer space!
Actual weights of each cut of beef may vary slightly, but the total weight will not be less than advertised.
