Description
The Wasabi Radish (usually referring to the Japanese heirloom Daikon variety) is a root vegetable with light green skin and flesh that packs a sharp, sinus-clearing kick reminiscent of true wasabi. While true wasabi is an entirely different plant (Wasabia japonica), the wasabi radish is a popular, easy-to-grow substitute.
