Beef Deposit - Whole
Description
100% grass fed beef, raised on pasture. Total cost for WHOLE beef is $5 per pound based on hanging weight of the beef. $600 Deposit due at time of order.
WHOLE BEEF will be custom cut to your specifications. Typical WHOLE beef hanging weight is approximately 600-800 lbs. and will net 400 - 460 lbs. of take home meat, including organ meats and bones if requested. Customer will be able to specify thickness of steaks, size or roasts, and portions that will go into ground. Customer is responsible for processing costs, in addition to the cost of the meat.
The processor will ship the beef orders back to us, and we will let you know when it is available to pickup at the farm store.
