Sirloin Tip Steaks go to the leaner side of the beef but still pack lots of good flavor. If you want a steak that is lean and rich in flavor, the top sirloin offers both. All of our beef is wet aged for 21 days before it is cut so this Sirloin Steak will be tender and juicy. These steaks are hand cut to 3/4" and make a great portion for the meat lover in you.
