Mixed Quarter Cut to Order
Description
You can per-order a Mixed Quarter of great tasting beef at anytime. We will reserve one for you when we have one ready to take to the processing plant. This will be a mixed Quarter where we will split a full side equally in 2 to make a quarter. We will contact you so you can tell us how you want it cut or you can just have it cut the same way we do ours for the market. All of our beef hangs and ages for a full 21 days so it develops that full flavor we all love. This is a pick-up only product at our ranch here in Decaturville.
The above price is the non-refundable deposit for the Mixed Quarter and will be applied to the final total that will be due before pickup.
The final price will be the then current market price per pound
