Our pigs spend their days rooting across 35 acres, wallowing in the sun, and living the life pigs were born to live. That freedom and space translates directly into meat with deeper flavor, better marbling, and a richness that factory-farmed pork simply cannot replicate.
We raise heritage breeds — known for generations as the gold standard of flavor — slow-grown to let the fat develop naturally and the muscle build character.
Price is per pound of hang weight for a half hog, typically 90 - 100 pounds.
