INGREDIENTS: Organically grown rose petals, 100 proof vodka
DOSAGE: Can be added to water or fruit juice and taken when required. Traditionally Taken: 2-3ml, 2-3 times per day, or as directed by a Herbal Practitioner.
➸ Known as the “Queen of the Flowers”, Rose is perhaps one of the most ancient medicinal plants known to humans, with fossil records showing it is at least 35 million years old! From ancient times until the present day, the humble Rose has been used and recommended for various ailments including; wounds, inflammation, skin health, women's health, stomach complaints, headache, grief and heartache, and colds & flu (to name just a few).
➸ Rose buds and petals are considered to be a heart tonic, mood lifter, aphrodisiac, anti-inflammatory, anti-anxiety, and antimicrobial.
➸ Grown on our small farm with all organic and biodynamic growing practices. Fresh rose petals are hand harvested and infused in 100 proof vodka for several weeks.
➸ All herbal infusions, extracts, and loose-leaf herbs are organically grown on my small farm from seed, harvested, and made using traditional methods into the products posted here.
➸ My tinctures are made in small batches with fresh plant allies and traditionally extracted in 100 proof vodka for 8-10 weeks. They are stored in a cool dark place, hand pressed, and bottled. Tinctures are poured to order. Recommended dosage is given on each bottle. This recommendation is general guidance that I provide based on research from highly experienced herbalists. Tinctures are good for at least 3 years if stored in a cool dark place; date is printed on each bottle.
