Catnip is well known by most for its ability to make cats crazy. It has an opposite effect on humans. It has been known to help calm nervousness, restlessness and promote a restful sleep. Catnip is also well known to support healthy digestion and upset stomach. Results may vary.
Our elixir is made in the folk tradition using honey and catnip from our farm.
