Lavender is known to be relaxing, soothing, and has been used in aromatherapy which creates a wonderful bathing experience. This is a 12 oz package which provides enough for 2 baths or your own preferred amount in the bath tub. Use less for a foot soak. There is also a muslin reusable bag included, so that the plant material does not cause draining difficulties.
