Description
The kombucha craze is alive and well, brewing our own classic fermented food for generations. Kombucha has been a wonderful way to get our good gut bacteria, especially when we get to do it ourselves to our own liking. This kit contains 1 SCOBY mat, 2 cups of Kombucha tea (enough to create 1 gallon of kombucha), and instructions. Why pay the high price at the store when you can get one kit and make endless amounts of your favorites.
I'll demonstrate each step of preparing home brewed kombucha, from empty jar through ready to drink. If you purchase the class and starter kit, you will be able to start brewing right away. Be sure to choose the right DATE/LOCATION and workshop WITH starter kit $35, or just the workshop NO kit $20.
If you want to be ready to brew gather these basic supplies: 1 gallon jar or 2 1/2 gallon jars Glass only, 8 tea bags, 1 cup of sugar. The hardest part of the process is locating a gallon jar, haha.
