One 1/2 pound bag of fresh mushrooms, includes a mix of weekly available varieties. May include Oyster mushrooms, Lion's Mane, Shiitake, King Trumpet, Maitake, Poplar, and Chestnut. Varieties included varies weekly depending on harvest.
**Available for pickup at our farm on Friday or at the Sag Harbor Farmers Market on Saturday morning.
