American Wagyu Beef - Half Share Deposit
Description
Half share of grass fed and finished American Wagyu beef available to preorder! The listed price is your deposit for your half beef. The beef will be ready for pick up in July/August of 2024 at the ranch. Once deposit is received, we will be in contact to fill out your cut sheet exactly how you want it and talk through any questions you might have about your bulk beef purchase.
Your deposit will go towards your final payment amount for your half. Processing fees are included in our pricing. We weigh your half steer worth of beef once we pick it up from the processor, and you pay for final poundage weight of your beef at pick up. Halves will typically be 200-250 pounds of beef. Priced at $11/pound. (So, average final cost for an average half steer at 225 pounds, for example, of beef cut to your preferences, is $2,475).
