Description
The 2024 produced light-colored honey is delicate and lightly sweet, wildflowers and sweet clover likely made up this harvest.
Bottled in half-pint glass jars with a bit of raw honeycomb. Amazing flavor and consistency spread on some fresh bread. Honeycomb may also be used as a sweetener in homemade desserts — or on top of pancakes, oatmeal, or yogurt. Some people may likewise enjoy a piece of honeycomb atop a salad or alongside fruit, charcuterie, or aged cheeses.
