Description
We raise multiple types of leafy lettuce, both red and green varieties, that include bibb, leaf, and romaine types. Leafy lettuce varieties can be a good source for minerals and vitamins including calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, and zinc along with B-vitamins like thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, folate, vitamin B6, and vitamins C, A, E, and K.
