Swan Creek Acres is a Certified Organic small-scale family farm located in Jonesville, NC. We take pride in growing nutritious, diverse, locally grown produce to better support our surrounding communities' resiliency. Our core approach to farming is centered within the stewardship of soil health the way mother nature intended. We incorporate a variety of regenerative practices including minimal tillage, nutrient budgeting, mineral balancing, and systematic rotation of cover crops. Swan Creek Acres does not support the use of any synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, or the use of any GMOs. We are currently featured at the Elkin Farmers Market on Saturdays and hope to continue to cultivate the grower to consumer engagement at future markets.
