Welcome to our new online store! We are proud to be offering regeneratively raised grass-fed beef to south central Wisconsin. Please have a look around and reach out with any questions :).

As of September 15, 2026, we are no longer selling beef directly to the public by the pound. We still offer bulk beef as below, and you can find our beef available at many excellent local retailers listed here: https://beauvine.llc/wholesale

Make sure to note that prices for bulk beef (quarters, halves, and wholes) are listed as the price per pound and varies by animal. 2-3 weeks after your animal is butchered, we will have the final item weight and your total will be different than what is initially reflected! Cash and check payments are greatly appreciated to reduce processing fees

If you choose the "invoice me" option, you will not get immediate email confirmation of your order-- we will manually send you an invoice once we have finalized your order.

If you wish to pay via credit card, please note this on your order and select the "invoice me" option and we will make arrangements with you.
