Fill your freezer with premium steaks hearty roasts ground beef and specialty cuts like brisket and prime rib for your friends and family! We will reach out to confirm your preferred processing date and cuts. We are processing monthly from June through October-- anticipate pickup 2-3 weeks after butcher
This price is the cost to reserve your half beef--- final price is calculated from the animal's hanging weight x $5.50/lb.
Final price estimates DO include processing/cut & wrap fee.
If you pay via credit card at checkout, you will later receive a second invoice with for the final weight of your item once it has been picked up from the butcher.
For our animals a half will typically take 7 cubic feet of freezer space or 4 standard apple boxes.
A standard cut would include:
35 lb chuck roast or steak
16 lb rib steak or prime rib
8 lb rump roast
16 lb round roast or steaks
8 lb sirloin tip roast and/or steaks
8 lb top sirloin roast or steaks
4 lb tenderloin roast or steaks
16 lb porterhouse and T bone or NY strip steak
3 lb flank/skirt steak
4 lb brisket
8 lb stew meat
6 lb short ribs
8 lb soup bones
1 lb oxtail
70 lb ground
