Beef Oxtail
Description
Oxtail comes from the tail of the beef and is a cut rich in gelatin. The marrow surrounded by meat and fat makes for great flavor when slow-cooked as a stew or braised.
This item costs $10/lb; your price will be adjusted to reflect the actual weight of your meat (typically 0.5-1.5lb, estimated final price $5-15)
