Fill your freezer with premium steaks hearty roasts ground beef and specialty cuts like brisket and prime rib for your friends and family! We will reach out to confirm your preferred processing date and cuts. We are processing monthly from June through October-- anticipate pickup 2-3 weeks after butcher
This price is the cost to reserve your quarter beef--- final price is calculated from the animal's hanging weight x $5.15/lb.
Final price estimates DO include processing/cut & wrap fee.
If you pay via credit card at checkout, you will later receive a second invoice with for the final weight of your item once it has been picked up from the butcher.
For our animals, a whole will typically take 14 cubic feet of freezer space or 8 standard apple boxes.
A standard cut would include:
- 70 lb chuck (roast or steak)
- 32 lbs rib steak/prime rib
- 15 lbs rump roast
- 30 lbs round (roast and/or steaks)
- 20 lbs sirloin tip (roast or steaks)
- 16 lbs top sirloin (roast or steaks)
- 8 lbs tenderloin (roast or steaks )
- 32 lbs Porterhouse and T-Bone or NY Strip steak
- 6 lbs flank/skirt Steak
- 8 lbs brisket
- 16 lbs stew meat
- 12 lbs short ribs
- 16 lbs soup bones
- 2 lbs oxtail
- 140 lbs ground
- Organ meats if desired
